Key Partnerships & Ministries

• Hope Clinic: Began in 1998 as an outreach ministry of st-thomas. Becky Whittemore (Finance and Outreach Chair) serves as Board Chair; Janet Simpson (Senior Warden) is a board member and chairs the annual Hope Regala.
• Pamlico County Fishes & Loaves (PCFLO): St. Thomas acts as a monthly food donation drop-off point. Volunteer Rich Preble transports grocery donations to the food pantry.
• Rotary Club of Oriental: Parishioners engage in wheelchair ramp builds, playground construction, and scholarship fundraising.
• HeartWorks: Parishioners volunteer in after-school and summer programs assisting underserved youth.
• Hospice of Pamlico County: Parishioner Chuck LaPlaca serves as a volunteer chaplain.
• New Leash on Life & PAWS: Parishioner Jackie Schmidt founded prison dog training programs and serves as president of the Pamlico County Animal Welfare Society.
• Pamlico County Public Library: Parishioners support local library and Book/Tech Mobile programming.
