The Outreach Committee of st-thomas extends the parish's ministry within Pamlico County, focusing on joyful giving and responsible stewardship under James 2:17.

• Episcopal Farmworker Ministry: Joint East/North Carolina diocesan ministry in Dunn, NC, serving agricultural workers.
• Girls On the Run: Afterschool physical training and life-skills for grades 3-5.
• Habitat for Humanity/Pamlico: Low-income housing builder and lender.
• HeartWorks: Bayboro-based youth mental and physical health service agency.
